All vehicles are been checked by our technical staff before delivering to you. Please check the vehicle while receiving as well and pay attention to internal and external components of the vehicle if there is a damage or fault. Considering a damaged part please ask our staff take a note that if there is a damage you can be sure whether it is your damage or not, while delivering the vehicle to us.
Please check the apparent parts like headlight, indicator, radio and electrical control buttons (electric windows, electric door mirrors) of your vehicle. Be sure, it will only take 3 minutes to check.
Please check spare tyre, traffic set and fire extinguisher tube that are important for your car and provide not getting breakdown when you are travelling.
Your vehicle is serviced and maintained periodically. It is your right to rent a fully maintained and controlled car. That provides you a safe drive.
Your vehicle is insured with compulsory traffic insurance, in addition to comprehensive insurance. In the case of an accident, you will find the reporting documents in the automobile registration cover of your vehicle. Your vehicle has also Third Party Insurance and Collision Damage Waiver.
Vehicle’s tires are periodically checked up and we are attentive to use suitable tyre considering the season and the road conditions.
Most of the companies avoid making discount because the domestic and foreign demand is at a high level of car rental.
